Rehabilitation

The Bodmann Pavilion Rehabilitation Unit works to improve the lives of individuals who have complex conditions and problems, such as:

• Stroke
• Cardiac
• Joint Replacement
• Orthopedic Injuries
• Neuro
• Muscular

The Rehab Interdisciplinary Team consists of physicians, therapists, dietitians, social workers and activities professionals. The therapy program is committed to delivering each individual to their highest level of functioning. A Physical Medicine & Rehabilitative Physician (PM&R) offers three day a week on-site consulting for each rehab patient enhancing care plan development and keeping the unit on the cutting edge of skilled rehab.

• Wound Care ( Monitored weekly by a Board Certified Wound Care Specialist )
• IV Therapy - Respiratory Care
• Pharmacy consultation
• Podiatry
• Audiology
• Dentistry
• Optometry/Ophthalmology
• Life Enriching Gardens ( Recognized by CARF-CCAC )
• Free telephone and cable in 26 of our rehab beds
• Full bathroom w/ shower in each rehab room
