Computer Learning Center
Sycamore Senior Center operates a unique Computer Learning Center offering
state-of-the-art equipment and a variety of classes. Introduction to
computers, word processing, Internet and other classes are offered in
a five-week session. Open computer lab time provides older adults the
opportunity to have questions answered by qualified volunteer instructors.

Fitness
The center offers a state-of-the-art fitness center and classes including
yoga, low-impact aerobics and tai chi to keep the body flexible and

Join Us For Lunch
A hot lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30
p.m. Deli sandwiches, soups and salads are also available in the Sycamore
Café. Lunch at the Sycamore Senior Center is a great way to meet
