hospital stays.
The home health team consists of nurses, home health aides, physical,
occupational, and speech therapists. Our professional staff works hand
in hand with clients, family and physicians to tailor a personalized

We are a Medicare-certified home health agency and work closely with
our partners at the Sycamore Senior Center, Maple Knoll Village, and
The Knolls of Oxford to provide in-home meals and medical transportation.
We also accept many other health care plans in addition to Medicare.
